We launched Grupo EPI in 2023, originally named “El Peñon Investimentos” — aka EPI. Our childhood school is “El Peñón”, and we wanted to offer a tribute to our beginnings and to the values that shaped us while cementing our life long friendship.

Our mission is simple: to offer independent, honest real estate advice to investors from all backgrounds, while treating every client with the warmth and trust we extend to fellow El Peñón alumni.

After years of helping friends and family to invest in Real Estate in Europe, it was time to make our work official. We have done the work: learned the place as we are locals, built a trusted network of partners, and developed deep, first-hand expertise.
