In this video, we explain the two main real estate investment strategies offered at Grupo EPI: Buy & Hold and New Construction.

The Buy & Hold strategy is a classic approach. Investors acquire a property, renovate and furnish it, and then place it on the rental market. Typically financed through a mortgage, the rental income helps cover the loan over time. This allows the investment to become self-sustaining, while the investor benefits from long-term appreciation. After several years, the investor can decide whether to keep the asset or sell it.

On the other hand, New Construction projects involve investing in properties at the pre-construction stage. These projects usually span 2 to 3 years and, in many cases, can generate higher returns than Buy & Hold. Due to their strong performance potential, they have become increasingly popular among investors.

In fact, many of our clients choose to combine both strategies—balancing long-term stability with higher-return opportunities.
